Our coaching programmes are dedicated to an in-depth clearing and cleansing of the different aspects of your life: mental, emotional and physical to connect with your essence. YOUR success depends on YOUR sustained effort and commitment.
Clearing away mental and emotional clutter so you can connect with the wisdom of your soul takes time. It is a marathon, not a sprint. We highly recommend that you work with Ray of Light for a minimum of three months. This will ensure you have time to gently discover your true self and your purpose so you can design a life that supports that purpose. All coaching programs start with a 30-minute Free Discovery Session during which you’ll connect with the deepest place within you to identify what is generating stress and struggle in your life. By the end of each of our programmes:
You will understand that how you think about what is happening around you is definitely more important than what is actually happening around you
You will be able to tackle self-defeating thinking and replace it with a problem-solving outlook
You will befriend yourself , learning to praise and encourage yourself
You will create clarity in your mind to develop more awareness and sense how you really feel
You will be more honest with yourself to what is really important to you in order to live a more fulfilling life
You will learn to calibrate and modify your thoughts and emotions to match the frequency suited for your desired life
You will also be familiar with the necessary tools and mindset to self-coach yourself and keep on moving forward
No matter how busy you are or how hectic your life is, you can complete our programmes. You choose the duration and level at which to participate:
12-week programme
This 12-week day programme is offered via video or telephone call. Sessions are weekly and consist of 60-minutes one-to-one. The sessions last for 12 consecutive weeks and each session is summarised in an emailed report for the service user’s perusal.
On each session we will:
Practice mindfulness to align with your true self
Review your progress since the last session, including daily assignments
Reality check: where you are in comparison to where your heart wants to be
Sharing suitable knowledge to inspire options, solutions and needed action steps using your inner wisdom
To agree on the daily assignments in between sessions
This programme includes:
Booster Session: an additional complimentary 30-minutes session to give you a boost 30 days after the last session of your programme
Subscription to inspirational quotes and blog
4-WEEK PROGRAMME (taster sessions)
This 4-week programme is offered via video or telephone call. Sessions are weekly and consist of 60-minutes one-to-one. Taster sessions last for 4 consecutive weeks and each session is summarised in an emailed report for the service user’s perusal.
These sessions can help you to kickstart a positive change in your life. It will provide you with invaluable insight into how our online coaching programmes work.
