Our cognitive behaviour coaching programmes are not a quick-fix to personal change but a kickstart to your change process. YOUR success depends on YOUR sustained effort and commitment.
Real change takes time. It is a marathon, not a sprint. We recommend that you work with Ray of Light for a minimum of three months. This will ensure you build a trusting relationship with your coach and have time to work through any limiting beliefs or other inner blocks that are holding you back. All life coaching programs start with a 30-minute Free Discovery Session during which you disclose your ultimate dream goal and identify what is holding you back. By the end of each of our programmes:
You will understand that how you think about what is happening around you is definitely more important than what is actually happening around you
You will be able to tackle self-defeating thinking and replace it with a problem-solving outlook
You will befriend yourself , learning to praise and encourage yourself
You will create clarity in your mind to develop more awareness and sense how you really feel
You will be more honest with yourself to what is really important to you in order to live a more fulfilling life
You will learn to calibrate and modify your thoughts and emotions to match the frequency suited for your desired life
You will also be familiar with the necessary tools and mindset to self-coach yourself and keep on moving forward
24-WEEK Programme
This 24-week programme is offered via video or telephone call. Sessions are weekly and consist of 60-minutes one-to-one. The sessions last for 24 consecutive weeks and each session is summarised in an emailed report for the service user’s perusal.
On each session we will:
Review your progress or changes since last session, including homework
Determine your goal in life you wish to address and aim for
Reality check: where you are in comparison to where you want to be
Practice mindfulness to be more connected with who you are
Explore options, solutions and needed action steps
Assign homework
This programme includes:
Transcript and review of your session (PDF) including specific tools covered on each session
Subscription to inspirational quotes and blog
Booster Session: an additional complimentary 30-minutes session to give you a boost 30 days after the last session of your programme
12-WEEK programme
This 12-week day programme is offered via video or telephone call. Sessions are weekly and consist of 60-minutes one-to-one. The sessions last for 12 consecutive weeks and each session is summarised in an emailed report for the service user’s perusal.

HOW DO RAY OF LIGHT COACHING PROGRAMMES WORK?
All coaching programmes for individuals start with a FREE 30-minutes Discovery Session. In this session, you’ll meet your coach and together we will see with new clarity what’s standing in your way. You’ll understand the coaching process and the steps you need to take to produce the results you are looking for and long-term change.
Once the coaching programme is selected, you will go through the following stages with Ray of Light Coaching Services:
Stage 1: Creating more awareness and identifying limiting beliefs
During the first few sessions with Ray of Light Coaching Services, you will be able to develop more awareness and to identify limiting beliefs or rigid thinking that holds you back from enjoying a happier life.
Stage 2: Develop your intuition, SMART goals and action plan
We then progress onto the development of your intuition, SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time framed) and creating an actionable plan.
Stage 3: Develop skills, strategies and resources
In this stage we will focus on developing skills, strategies and resources which will help you to achieve breakthroughs.
Stage 4: Reinforce patterns and achieve goals
During the last sessions working with Ray of Light, we will focus on strengthening your intuition, your new patterns and using them to achieve the goals we set in the beginning of your coaching programme. As you achieve your goals, Ray of Light will celebrate your success with you and help you set new goals to tackle.
