Quote of the week - July (week 3)
YOU have the power to change anything. YOU are the one who chooses your thoughts and YOU are the one who feels your feelings. YOU are the creator of YOUR LIFE.
GET COACHING, GET RESULTS
Quote of the week - June (week 4)
Stress is a normal part of everyone’s life. But each person is uniquely different and this also applies on the amount of pressure each of us can take. At the right amount of pressure we work at our optimum. We will be effective, creative, decisive, alert and stimulated. But too much pressure can lead to anxiety, fatigue, and burnout.
The prolonged effect of too much stress produces a wear and tear in our immune system. It's like getting a car and absolutely flogging it to death by the way that we're driving it. So when our immunity system gets compromised, we accelerate the progression of chronic illnesses, heart diseases and accelerate the aging of the brain.
TAKE BACK Control of your health and wellbeing. They are your MOST VALUABLE ASSETS SO BETTER TO START TAKING CARE OF Them NOW.
IF NOT NOW, WHEN?
Ray of Light Online Coaching Programmes will help you to reach your peak performance and get top of the game results.
Quote of the week - May (week 4)
Change is a constant part of our lives and it happens whether you welcome it or fight against it. You have to only examine your life in the previous six or twelve months to see changes, maybe small and subtle or big and spectacular, some things improving, some things not and you don’t have to be clairvoyant to see that the same process lies ahead of you. The important point is how to make the process of change work beneficially for your rather than counterproductively.
Ray of Light’s Coaching Programmes are designed to empower Businesses, Organisations and Individuals by putting YOU in the drivers seat in the face of change.
What can you do being stuck at home during the coronavirus outbreak?
The best thing you can do during these difficult times being stuck at home is to talk to the one that is inside you. To connect with yourself now that you don’t have all the distractions we normally have everyday.
This is the best moment to meditate. To practice gratitude. We all have many things to be grateful for in our lives; the love of our loved ones, our health, one more day of life on this beautiful planet, listening to the birds singing, looking at the sky in the morning or the stars at night, to feel the sun on our face, on our skin (even through a window), to hear our children tells that they love us, to see their smiles and hear their giggles.
Many people feel lonely in these times. The worst solitude is the one we have inside us. Make friends with yourself. Enjoy your own company. We can always relive happy moments when we remember them. Even with loved ones that are no longer with us.
If you love life, then ask yourself how you want to spend your life. Do we spend it paying bills, buying things we don’t really need or in actually living it? If you love life then spend it really living life to the fullest.
And what is living? It’s trying to feel happy. It’s to spend most of our time doing the things that make us feel alive, things that gratify us with out causing harm to others. Remember that life has an expiration day. Let’s use this precious time to reconnect with ourselves. As long as you have a reason to live and to fight for your dreams you will find a way to move forward. We all are going to leave this world at some point. What we take with us and what we leave behind for our loved ones are memories of how we lived. That is why we should make the most of our limited time in this beautiful world to make our lives extraordinary.
The enforced lockdown offers each and every one of you a unique opportunity to reconnect with your love ones, to learn to connect with yourself and to reflect on your life. Where you have been and where you are going. To learn, to grow and to improve. Every day is truly a gift so don’t waste it. Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life.
LIVE YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST. MAKE IT A MASTERPIECE.

Are you happy with the life that you live?
You deserve to be happy. Everybody does. Everybody can be! However, too many people just settle for what they have, living an ordinary and monotonous life without experiencing all the joys it can bring. If you are not happy with your life, really… truly... happy, then how about making some changes…
Of course nobody can expect to be happy all the time, but if you are not happy most of the time then it’s time to do something about it. Change can be difficult, challenging and yes it takes time and effort but with a helping hand to guide you…your life can change.
I know it is possible because I’ve done it myself. I was very stressed and unhappy in my professional life for many years and it was affecting other areas of my life. At the beginning I was in denial like most unhappy people are. I gradually realised that I could take back control of my life and re-engineer my future by learning new skills and by combining my passions with the experience that I had acquired in more than 20 years of my professional life to start my own company.
I love my new found freedom, independence and enjoy life’s rich variety. Everyday is different. No longer monotonous and now I only do what I love and am good at. I’ve never being happier in my life. It has also dramatically improved the lives of the people around me.
There can be few regrets that are as significant as having lived your life unhappy. Often it is those with low self confidence and low self esteem who are willing to settle for whatever life gives them, not believing that they can be happy if they really want to. Every human being has the potential to achieve happiness in many areas of their lives. You are who you choose to be.
If you have not asked yourself the following questions, I suggest you do so because our life has an expiration date:
Are you happy with the life that you live?
Are you living an unfulfilled version of your life, which is getting in the way of your happiness?
Are you being honest with yourself about what a good life really looks like?
Are you giving yourself excuses about why things can’t be better?
If the life choices you made are holding you back, then it’s time to make a positive change in your life. Plan your future; don’t just wait for it to happen to you.
